I created three different color variations of a layered pattern. The motifs in the pattern are recycled from previous designs. If you’re not certain what a “layered” repeat pattern is, you’re basically making two repeats in one design. In this case the dots in the background repeat and then of course the leaves and ferns on top repeat. It makes for a more dense and interesting repeat pattern design. All three designs use the same colorway but applied three different ways.
